Where are you located?
My studio is situated in Mattapan, Massachusetts.
Please note, services are currently available strictly by appointment; no walk-ins are accepted at this time.
Evidence of my licensing and business certification can be provided upon request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit or full payment is REQUIRED for online bookings. Alternative payment methods are available for offsite bookings.
Without a deposit, service cannot be guaranteed.
For larger events or services, a 45% deposit is mandatory to secure service.
*Please Note: Full payment must be made 7 to 14 days prior to the event.*
Am I allowed to bring anyone with me?
You are not permitted to bring additional guests unless they are receiving services.
*Children are not allowed on the premises. We must continue to observe social distancing measures due to Covid-19.*
Is there a late fee?

No, I will give a 15 minute grace period, after that your appointment is automatically cancelled.

CANCELLATION
​
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours, half of the total payment will be refunded. However, deposits remain non-refundable.
Bridal/Large Event Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for bridal or large events must be made no less than 14 days before the scheduled date. Bridal deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If full payment has been made, then half of it will be refunded.

What types of products do you use?
I utilize a diverse range of products, primarily from top brands such as Nars, ABH, and Lancome. The majority of my products are cruelty-free. For a more detailed product list, please feel free to contact me directly.

Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and same-day cancellations.

Being that emergencies do happen, let me know as soon as possible.

Should an event be cancelled by Face by Trace MUA, the deposit will be refunded.

Please note that for direct message appointments, I require your full name, phone number, email address, and a deposit.

Do you charge for travel?
Do you travel out of state?
Indeed, the individual booking the service is responsible for covering travel expenses, such as flights and hotel accommodations. Additionally, a flat fee will be applied to the final bill for out-of-state service fee.
I charge $2.00 per mile within Massachusetts.

A minimum of three people must be serviced, the maximum would be six.
For services outside Massachusetts, a flat fee ranging from $100 - $300 will apply.
Please note that you (the client) are responsible for any parking fees, which will be added to the final balance. Due to the ongoing pandemic, home visits will be restricted. We also request that you limit the number of people in our workspace.

Currently, we offer a bridal package; for more information, please visit the "Book Online" section. Additionally, we provide a Photoshoot service at $75 per hour with a minimum booking of four hours.

Do you offer discounts for large parties?
Are lashes provided?
The gift cards are only valid for certain services. This excludes all packages and valid for 2 years from purchase date.
Should I bring anything?
Yes, standard lash strips, including Natural, Wispies, and Demi Wispies, are included with the service. Mink lashes can also be purchased at a discounted rate of $10 during your appointment.
Please note that the price remains the same whether you opt for the included lashes or choose to bring your own.
You are welcome to use your own products; however, the price remains the same. My goal is to ensure the utmost comfort for my clients.

BRIDAL CONTRACT
​
For bridal package bookings, signing a contract is mandatory. To reserve your preferred date, a 45% deposit is needed. The remaining balance must be paid 7-14 days prior to the booking date. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
This policy also applies to large-scale events, such as fashion shows and photoshoots.
